They've gone to Alchemist in Copenhagen. Never seen such pretenscious wank in all my life. I class my self as a Gastronaut and will try anything once. But Edible plastic. Jelly fish. Pigs wind pipe. No thanks I saw this too and have been pondering it for 24 hours. No offence but I can’t agree that it’s “pretentious wank” even if I didn’t find much of it appetising. Surely, whatever direction you approach it from, the question of what we eat, how it is produced and what gets on our plates is one of the most important questions of our time. Anything that provokes us to think about that has to be a good thing
