We had a power cut in the night the other night and I had a piece of beef that I never got chance to cook for my guests at Christmas. I didn't want to waste it so have done a beef stew (managed to get the gravy thicker this time) with 2/3rds of it and I also marinaded a third of the beef in coconut milk and Thai red curry paste for 12hrs and have slow cooked that too. Photos later. Am just boiling spuds for mash and apples for crumble. I hope I don't get them mixed up! LOL |
