No chance of Bernal going to the Tour (seems like the perfect way to get the back issues again to double up) but I'd argue he's still their best GT racer when fully fit. Might be surpassed at some point but none of the others have reached the levels he's reached IMO. Guessing the Ineos leader will be at best third favourite at the Tour.
