You’re right there. Kind of why I probably said it’s doubtful in this specific situation without thinking too much about it. And as much as I don’t look too much about the overall makeup of pollsters especially in the US, the bigger picture is definitely more relevant than individuals, or at least outliers. Or should that be outliars?!

Funny, I can't see why anyone was shocked about seeing this at the time. It's grim but exactly what I would predict / have predicted back in the 80s anyway.

Shocked to see alex salmond news. Not everyone will agree with him, but he was a good politician and a pleasure to chat with when I met him once.

Although I didnt agree with his politics, or his football, Alex Salmond was probably the most accomplished politician in the UK for a very long time.
He very nearly secured Independence for Scotland and quite possibly had he not have resigned, would have achieved his goal.
