"a break is sometimes better than a sprain" I heard echo round the casualty ward / rooms / space / place, wherever it was when the Doc almost GLEEFULLY CHEERFULLY said "You've broken your ankle!!!!!!!" do you go over in your mind "If only I hadn't done that, I wouldn't have done this" ??? now I may be gone a-while as it's two floors up to the loo - and I haven't resorted to peeing in a bowl, not yet anyway also the booze is in a room on the NEXT floor, so may be a-while deciding ....

Brilliant idea, just need a few heavy bags hanging from the ceiling to give the injured something to punch besides each other. Actually, I'm fully recovered, feeling great, increasing my mileage, and just enjoying running pain free every day. Just thought I'd stop in to tell everyone how good it feels. Hey, why are you all looking at me like that? Put down those knives and clubs! Keep your distance! Where's the bloody door?!?!?!?
