Grid has a routine check up tomorrow, although he does have an inflamed gum, the appointment is not an emergency and his dental practice is seeing routine check ups.

I couldn't even get an emergency appointment - ended up getting antibiotics from an online consultation and an appointmet "ASAP" that's in about 6 weeks

I wonder if it depends on whether it's a private or an NHS surgery. My surgery is mixed, but only seeing emergencies, grid goes to a private surgery.
