Pat O is still running as is the boy Barry who post runs and bike rides on a alternative site.
I’m running a marathon on the day so probably can’t run but may try to attend if time permits 😀

I may or may not run.
I may or may not have 'tri-man' with me.
(He's training for IMUK so depends on his schedule. Also he will insist I point out that me calling him 'tri-man' makes him sound like he knows what he's doing and does it well-known he doesn't 🤣)
If it's raining I may swim a mile instead. 😉

Is Kevin still vegan? My daughter (same age as Kevin) is too. Might persuade her to come and eat vegan baked goods even if running is off the menu. She does parkrun occasionally these days but is also intermittent as a runner.
