If you fancy having a go in the Dee, we could get Uniqua to watch the kids (if it's hot enough, Uniqua Jr likes to paddle, too!)

There is a bit with a car park in Eccleston, which is where most people start. Have you done any OW swimming yet?

Use your years of teaching training to keep them amused!

Also, if there's anyone else starting Tris who wants to try a bit of OW swimming in the Spring....

lol-its so funny reading domestic ping-pong between you 2!! ;)

Some in the sea Benjo. Need to wait till I've got a wetsuit cos I've only got a surfing type shortie at the mo. Was going to hire one for the season to see if I like Tris and then think of buying.

Steady Edina
I went to Up and Running at lunch and they are closing down because the rents are too high. They are hoping to move to somewhere else but don't know where yet..........Jacobi I'm afraid I did buy some more new shoes not racers but lighter weight shoes (I have a box full of old shoes under my stairs).

Sad news at work today two of my closest friends are being made redundant next week - the joys of working in the private sector in the recession. I'm off down the gym to take it out on the treadmill.

I got mine 2nd hand off ebay - it was around £60 (i think,) hiring one for he season is about £40, but is probably the better option in the short run. Hoping mine will still fit after Christmas!
