I'm wondering if there is a bug here or if it is not working as intended? You get 50 splits of an even 1/4 mile on yours. On a 10k this week I get a 100 splits. Are you working on something? Because I'm trying to look at it as I'm trying to type this up, and every time I re-open it the amount of splits changes??? I'm finding it more and more confusing and still cant work out why anybody wants several hundred splits on a run as default? If that is not what is intended, then surely there is something not quite right with the new log?

As far as I can figure out, mine automatically defaults to 0.06 miles per interval. If you look at your run, then that would equate to in the region of 250 intervals, which scroll a long way down the page.

I thought the concept was supposed to be a default of +/-25 even splits irrespective of the distance, so that no one got 250 splits etc?

Dunno, if so it doesn't work, my 10k from Wednesday has 100 splits.

I'm seeing 25. It's possible it's the miles/km issue. What units do you use?

Hmmm, three different activities of mine show 60,72,96 splits. They all do seem to be at round fractions of a mile, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 etc.

In Fetch's post 18671 he said:- "@sigh - it sets the split to generate approximately 25 cols, just like the previous graph did." I through the graph and the splits were intended to be in sync, so presumed there would be 25 splits. That doesn't appear to be the case for some reason. Wonder if this is a previously unidentified bug? |
