But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thank you twiglet legs, I heard you shout Fetchie as I ran past and wondered who you were, but didn't have the breath to shout back apart from thanks and that was at .5 miles :-O The team of marshals was fantastic and didn't make me, being near the back feel like a slow coach or should I think anyone else who was behind me, so thank you to all the team, without them we wouldn't get around the course, because we wouldn't know where to go ;-)

i last did the race in 2007, it was good then, it was great this time, marshalls, water stations, everything.

Hi all Fetchies at NF10. It was my 1st ever 10 mile race. Fantastic. Hope to do it again next year.
