We have heating but also an old detached house which is very hard to heat and a wood burning stove. Downstairs is boiling as is the landing where the thermostat is but the heat doesn't get to the far corners of upstairs especially as we keep the doors shut to keep the cats out of the bedroom.

Something cheap and cheap to run. As much as I don't want one it looks like it might be a Ford Focus.

T reg car went for service. Nothing extra needed. Cost less than OH's bike service.

I could recommend a Sacia sandero stepway. Relatively cheap (compared to similar) and seems to be economical to run.

The evening has disappeared. I need to get my Dad a birthday present but Mum has not come up with any ideas and neither has he. Browsing internet and the best I could come up with was a whiskey tasting experience - turns out my sister gave him one last year :( Anyway, yoga done. Bedtime for me.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
