IIRC it was offered him as "paid work experience" with the understanding that it was expected to carry on after the end of the first month. Mind you, he had to do an aptitude test before the interview, something fairly complex in Excel, and he asked a friend rather than noticing that he wasn't fitted to the role.

AL, they must have to pay him surely and is there some kind of "Body" that can be reported to about the "apprenticeship"? and don't people do shaming on social media too?
