I don't know why they can't gather in all the people who don't want to/ can't afford to/ aren't able to go out and we could all have a lovely TV party together? (Radio stations do it too, by playing bloody dance music on a Friday. If I wanted to hear wall-to-wall clubbing music, I'd go clubbing. I don't want to, because I'm too old and grumpy. So play something with a proper tune that I can sing along to.)

She rang to tell me. She's also recently been to the theatre to see a Roy Orbison impersonator (she likes Roy Orbison, 'or at least I did when he was alive'.) Are we all keeping up?
