We are away for a couple of days next week and there is a shop I want to visit to

Clapham Junction. The station compute r has just announced a train to York and a large number of places beginning with W. IIRC passengers for Whittlesey should change at Royston for a replacement bus service.

East Croydon. A large number of passengers leapt off a fast train to Victoria on platform 2 to join a fsst train to Victoria on platform 1. The train on platform 2 left first.
