Winded Jan 2016 10:42pm, 31 Jan 2016 3,968 posts	0 Winded I'm making similar sounds coughing up the snot in my lungs. Louder but similar. No exercise for a few days due to lurgy but I did change the duvet cover today using the inside out/burrito method - it worked pretty well.
