Run done, very humid here. Saw my kingfisher, he gave a little chirp when he saw me and flew off, I think he's fed up of me disturbing him. |

Mr Ness has surfaced. Having breakfast of muesli, protein shake and a yoghurt with cup of decaf tea number one. Then need to get out, do some gardening and mix the lawn this morning, hopefully before the forecasted thunderstorm sets in.
