I feel I'm in need of a nap but need to put an alarm on first.

At the station waiting for a train. A man is shouting so loudly at his phone that I can hear him from the other platform

Hair cut. Really tired. Might need a nap after 3pm meeting. I’ll need to work a bit late tonight anyway.

I guess I should get my hair cut after all it is a year

BUT
my boss is the same height as me
has the same (ish) hair colour
wears glass (as I do)

but her hair is short ... I don't want to cut mine short and end up looking too similar!

I've been to my GP surgery for a pneumonia jab. Okay, not really mundane as that's only supposed to happen once in a lifetime.

Got home and phoned the council about the dodgy traffic lights in the area, especially as someone nearly rear-ended me as I had to stop in a yellow box due to the stupid change of sequencing that's happened there recently.

Have emailed the plumber with links to new kitchen taps which would be acceptable replacements for the present ond which has started dribbling out of its column.

Writing those words has given me an unfortunate mental image.

It's not really sunny here pedro, just pleasantly warm to sit outside.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
