Could be, Pix. A few years ago I did some running in the local park near me and twisted my ankle on the uneven trails in the park. I used an ankle support for a while after that. It was similar to this one..... boots.com And really helped. |

Hopefully the bandage will help a bit. Have showered now. Currently breakfasting on the usual porridge, protein shake and a yogurt. Cup of tea number one |
