Tested negative yesterday (and Saturday morning) so hopefully it’s just a rotten cold but every joint and muscle hurts and I have quite a temperature. I toyed with the idea of just logging on as usual but I think I need to sleep if I can. So that’s me checking in/out for today.

I can’t remember how to get rid of it but I will Google. Negative LfT although I still feel rubbish. I jarred my back while coughing so that doesn’t help.
