Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Yes! Agreed with Pix! I used to use Arnica for doms. Now I have an oral spray that really works to combat general.stiffness and acheyness. It has arnica and 2 other ingredients in it.

Arnica is, at best, probably harmless.

Medically unqualified people giving medical advice on the internet are not a harmless phenomenon.

(Some medically qualified people giving medical advice on the internet also deserve to have their keyboards confiscated.)

Forgot dinner time painkillers again. A sign that pain has receded. Must set a phone reminder

I can confirm that the storm is like a guest who won't leave: southerly wind, 30mph, and squally showers did not add to the quality of my running experience tonight. Even the seabirds, swans & ducks had taken cover. :-o

I went out during what looked like an easing-off of the weather. It was horrible. And then the rain came back on.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
