Mde brunch, banana black currant pancakes with honey, and drank elderberry syrup, hot, with ginger, turmeric, le.onnjuice and honey. Did the dishes, had a nap. Throat very sore but it has stopped raining. May go for a wander around the garden and check the chickens.
