Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Been for a dog walk. The old railway is really wet. I’ve never seen the ditches and streams running with so much water. I even cleared some debris from the ditch to stop it diverting the water onto the path.

(Some places in the east and north-east have already passed last December's rainfall, with a few having about a third of the rain falling in the space of an hour! www2.sepa.org.uk )

Rode horse. Mostly not raining, but then at the end really really raining. Now thinking about just how many clothes I need for a dog walk.

Hairdresser came and we had a lovely chat as she cut my hair. Not quite as good as the chats I had with her nephew who was my previous hairdresser, where we talked running and films and TV and stuff, but good enough.

My son has officially told me I’m deaf :-( Driving down the dual carriageway and I was aware that a car was driving along side me but not overtaking but I didn’t want to look at it, turns out it was my son so I waved. He just told me he was tooting all the time too - oops

You probably had the radio on too loud and you wouldn't hear it next to you anyway. :)

The sun's come out, but I don't know how long for.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
