I have made another perfect batch. I said to DiL it’s definitely in the final beating but it’s a hit or miss. That’s me done for a while though cause I do eat too much of it myself.

The most important thing is that it should set. Whether it sets as tablet, fudge or toffee is relatively unimportant.
