As well as running I worked out how to import my walk/run and trim it to create 3 separate entries for warm up, HIIT run and cool down. Outside of dinner and then stuffed with half an Easter egg. Countryfile on the telly. An annoying farmer was talking about getting "one pence" for his milk, then, annoyingly, Tom Heap repeated the bad English.

We had our pre-dinner drinks out on the decking, but we ate our dinner indoors as it's getting cloudier all the time now. Will be Zooming with the family in a bit.
