They wanted him to send a picture of the loft ladder sent in error but provided no means to send a picture. They want us to return the ladder before processing the replacement they no longer have. That kind of thing. The chat guys grasp of the English language appears inadequate. It’s all very mundane

Personally I don’t think we need to put all of them up but it’s keeping him occupied so I’m letting him get on with it. Browsing t’internet for raspberry plants. We had some in the garden at the previous house and I want some for here too.
