Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I thought of a WSW walk, but the storm has arrived. Maybe i shall have lunch. I had cakes and falafel after parkrun, so have not needed lunch as yet.

"Unobservant" is a proper word. Autocorrect, pah.

It's a good job it is a word because I was unobservant again and missed the carved stone :-)

The car is clean, the garden furniture is safely stowed away, the washing is in, and I even did a little bit of weeding.

Cup of tea, then I’m going to vacuum the stairs.

Could I have a bit of your get-up-and-go please Dio? The house is a tip, I've got ironing to do and I really cba to do any housework today. Is there a domestic drudgery version of Sharktopus?

My car was black, I did the weeding while I was waiting for Mrs D to move her car out of the way (she was hoovering it out) and I wanted to move the furniture before it was blowing about in the storm. The stairs is a request from Mrs D who has done the rest of the house.

Great paddle earlier. The Loch was f*cking freezing so we didn’t spend long on rescues. Coffee and scone on the way home. I then vacuumed the car which took bloody ages as it’s been so long.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
