halfpint Mar 2019 1:29pm, 15 Mar 2019 27,714 posts	0 halfpint Flapjacks made. Despite my better judgement I used my usual pan for heating the syrupy ingredients. It boiled all over the cooker. There was therefore not as much as usual to bind the dry ingredients. They are satisfactory flapjacks rather than gooey, oozy flapjacks. Waiting for the bread machine to finish so I can have lunch and then head down to Banchory to sit about all night in a car park. Oh and tend to the needs of some fairly exhausted runners who will have run 80 odd miles by then.
