The last chapter of the book I am reading was entitled “From Guildford to Terminal 2” I finished it at Guildford.

The man across the aisle from me has strong BO. The snorer woke himself up and has gone to the loo.

Bit cold and dampish here. And windy. eL Bee! made sure my half-bike was fettled in case I wanted a bike ride today, but I opened the front door and decided that the DOMS in my quads wasn't bad enough to duck out of running.

5* here, and windchill factor fairly significant.

Hope all goes well Dio; feeling sorry for you with nothing to ingest but water until after lunch-time, and in this cold weather too. Though I suppose it will be warm in the hospital.

Recycling people been and gone. Rubbish people not yet been, let alone gone.

Have run, after a fashion. Smoked salmon sandwiches before showering rather than vice versa.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
