Apparently he can do what he likes as he is a train despatcher/dispatcher. The people he is talking to are in the US. He keeps telling them what time it is here and what time it is there.

It won't be long now before the main event of the weather hits. I think I'll make some tea early. McG, I've asked about that spacing thing, Fetch did mention it a few weeks ago, it came in when he changed all the linkies.
