Rolling with the spiky ball. I really fancy a run but I’m not sure it is a good plan for my foot

Gah, all this PF! :-p

I can't believe it was 2 weeks ago I was eating breakfast with dipps. :)

I should go and get dressed and maybe do the washing up.

When people talk about a spiky ball would the one used when washing my down jacket do the job? Walking 2 minutes round the corner the shop was quite uncomfortable- I need some relief before I walk the dog.

I am reliably informed by someone at work that the one I’m using is exactly the same as the one he puts in his washing. It just needs resistance so the spikes will go into your foot x

(I have a larger and a smaller one - the smaller works better when I’m sitting I think you want your thigh to be quite flat not to put undue pressure on your knee)
