When people talk about a spiky ball would the one used when washing my down jacket do the job? Walking 2 minutes round the corner the shop was quite uncomfortable- I need some relief before I walk the dog.

I am reliably informed by someone at work that the one I’m using is exactly the same as the one he puts in his washing. It just needs resistance so the spikes will go into your foot x

(I have a larger and a smaller one - the smaller works better when I’m sitting I think you want your thigh to be quite flat not to put undue pressure on your knee)
