Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I need a coffee but I don’t know how to work the coffee machine. The kids were up at 3:15am local time. Today is going to be a long day...

Goodness Dave. My favourite plane story is sitting with my goddaughter who announced in a loud piercing voice “why do you have hairs on your chin like a man?” Her parents and most of plane were rocking with laughter as I attempted to feign self respect and indifference. Little bastards kids

Then you could have some feminist rant about societal expectations about women's appearance being shaped by the profit margins of the beauty industry, for good measure.

The cat has come to investigate the food situation. Food seems important to the cat (it is a rescue one)

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
