That's probably because it's been raining most of the day WS.
On a sofa, cup of tea. A big pot of chilli is bubbling away on the hob and the dishwasher is going.

Almighty crash in the kitchen, where the washing machine was spinning just below a pile of washed-up-and-draining-dry dishes (I don't like drying-up with a tea towel, and stack things as high as they can go and leave them to drain). Nothing broken; two saucepans and a bowl had fallen into the sink.

Fierce and Focused Fleecy
Sudden hailstorm. It went sideways and there is a collection in a corner of my neighbour's roof which looks like snow! Thinking about whether to bother making dinner. Probably not.
