At least now I have a name and email address to bombard, and they can no longer claim they 'were completely unaware of the problem'. Now for the next round of phone calls.

Satisfying amount of mind and bindweed extracted from my raspberries though still lots more to do. A kindly neighbour helped me pull my shed off the brook, but it’s not going to stand up for very long. I might just take a sledgehammer to it, take it apart and keep my bits and bobs at home instead.
