I don't even understand the first 2 LOs and I'm supposed to be teaching it. Tearing my hair out here trying to work out how to convey a huge amount of info in a very short time.

My dad once bought a new tv because the '1' and volume buttons on the remote were not working. He gave the old one to me. The remote is no longer an issue, because the dog ate it. I have to get up to change the channel like in the olden days.

Have hoovered the kitchen floor, but not mopped it. I CBA. It'll only get muddy again.

I'm astonished anyone has a telly which you can actually change the channel manually on!

It is my contention that the nation's obesity epidemic stems from the invention of the remote control ;-). Think of the calories burned, Maz!

I think the obesity problem starts with people being sitting in offices all day.

About This Thread

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
