Coloured my hair this morning
Ate too much at lunch (smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and two slices of granary TOAST) not hungry now. It doesn't sound a lot but the bread has literally kicked me all over. My own fault I should know not to eat it.
Sat on sofa perusing the Avon book, FB and fetch whist simultaneously drinking coke zero (yup love the nasty stuff)

Back from Wagamama's. Very good - I had some steamed dumpling things (goyzu??) and katsu chicken. We'll go again but might choose a quieter night as it was very busy and very noisy.

Gyoza, I think we discussed them on here the other day? It's always busy there, maybe go for breakfast I find the food there nice but always lacking in oomph personally.

Came home to a living room full of men - OH, brother, nephew and their golfing buddy watching the Scotland game....I predicted they would score in 86 minutes- nearly right they did it in 86 minutes so I'm allowed to stay and party.

I'm worried about the dog who has never been away from me overnight. He has attachment issues. I'm not worried enough to let it stop me getting a good sleep. The little fecker kept whining last night when we were at my sister's and I hardly slept.

PT questioned if I'd had a bad day or if there had been a death, as I was wearing plain black capris and a vest, rather than my usual bright patterned capris!
