Mundane thread

Then threw Vanish carpet deep cleaning powder all over the carpets and the sofa (I'm sure it's all the same stuff; it all cleans things. Took dog out in the rain. Came back, re-hoovered everything (stupid cleaning powder has all got stuck in the hoover brushes, now I'm going to have to clean them out too). Still need to address the state of the kitchen, but I can't see it from here so I'm ignoring it.

I nearly put the heating on earlier. I've only done the washing up as I had a visitor. I have to go and make up my bed now and maybe do a bit of other housework while it's still "daylight".
