Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Marylebone. Smells of fish. Did someone forget to pick up the fish? Was I supposed to do it?

We probably need multiple fish, they're so hard to keep track of...

There's a West Cornwall Pasty place in Marylebone. I left a fish there last October

Just wondering...if none of you like musicals why did you see a musical? Is it see-film-you-don't-like-Friday?

It was pretty much that or Lego Batman. That and I didn't really read the reviews other than getting a general good vibe about it. But ds2 summed it up when he said 'it was good, except for when they kept bursting into song. That was weird'. Exactly why we don't like musicals!

The Blues Brothers is the only good musical, but that's more because it's a film with good music, and they minimise the bursting into song bits. Plus, car crashes and really funny jokes and stuff.

I loved La La Land and anyone who disagrees is a *monster*. A monster!

Oh. Oops. That includes my wife. :-o

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
