Selkan Jan 2016 1:32pm, 10 Jan 2016 4 posts	0 Selkan Great weekends training for me. Spinning on Saturday with some light weight workout. Today just under 9m easy run with some very wet areas I had to run through. Then straight to gym for a 30m light weight session and stretches. Happy running

Well organised, nice stadium finish, the half runners go off with the full runners, which was great for me as a mate was running the half and his target pace was the same as my marathon pace, which meant we run together for the first 10 miles. I may do the half this year as got VLM 8 days before.

Selkan Feb 2016 2:29pm, 7 Feb 2016 7 posts	0 Selkan Watford HM done. Coming back after injury and first race. Really pleased with a 1hr 51min time average pace of 8.24 and I felt totally in control all way round. Training paying off. Next race Berko HM going to run that at MP I hope.
