On the 230s, they are 3mm drop rather than 6mm I notice.
Just opened my last pair (had 4) of Puma Faas 100r so will need a new daily run shoe by year end or beginning of next year.
Altra zero drop but look to have a little too much stack height for zero drop (imo) apart from the Vanish-R. The coming Kayenta might be good but again might be too much stack height. At least Altra won't have any arch support though.
Other than that, not seeing many similar options to the Pumas.

The Altra Escalante Racer looks similar to the Vanish. Quite pricey though. Not worth it if the soles are as poor as the Vanish.
I'm surprised how hard-wearing the soles of the Topo ST-2 are. I've done at least 1000 miles in them and there's hardly any wear, even near the balls of the feet on the outside. Highly recommend them!

They look good. Can you post a picture of sole wear?
For reference this is the Faas 100R new (well 6 miles) and after circa 1100 miles.
As you can see some compression of the forefoot foam and main area of wear is outside border, more on the left foot than right.

Thanks.
How many miles on the Vanish? The outside forefoot has taken a beating! Still have some life in them if not too compressed though?
I think the Topo have quite a bit of wear in comparison to new BUT they look like they could go on a while yet as they have the harder wearing black outsole in the right areas.

Yup, the black bits don't have much wear on them and the soles don't feel compressed at all.
The Vanish on the other hand are quite compressed on the outside, especially the right shoe. I only use them for racing so I'd say they've done about 200-300 miles. They still have quite bit a of life in them but they don't feel as springy as they did when new. The durability is quite frankly, shocking but they're worth it for racing. It's the best pair of lightweight flats I've used after the Saucony Hattori.

Good to see Inov-8 return the F-lite range to a 'running' shoe now they've added graphine...but FFS make them in the wider (4 or 5) fit!

Shame they can't add graphene to the uppers, as they always wear out before the sole ever does!

After picking your brains again guys. I have ran in inov8 for the past 7 years but the last pair (235’s) not too impressed with. I may try to get the 195f-lites again but is there any other shoes you recommend?
I have my night marathon next Saturday (the one where I broke my foot last year) after this I am going to start doing a bit more in vibrams I then have Windermere marathon in May after which I’ll start to build up again but I do think they’ll be for shorter runs in future. Tia.
