Ogee - Looking at your profile I see you have recently run a 3:10, so I assume you will be going for a sub 5 then?!
I can imagine it is an extremely long day if it rains, the drop down to the road at the turnaround must have been 'interesting'.

Thanks for the report Ogee - I managed 3 flat miles on soft grass this morning as I am recovering from an injury at the moment - hope I'm fit and well for the 20th - I am actually looking forward to it - although your pootling sounds about the same as my fast running - I'll be glad to finish in 3 hours!!!

Lol, Runs4beer I nearly killed myself the first time I went down that bit, didn't realise how steep it actually got & was going down well out of control. Ended up having to grab the trees to stop me, though I was gonna break my bloody neck.:-0
