Does anyone keep in touch with Barking? I remember chatting to her at the start line of the Birmingham Half Marathon some years ago. I don't think she's been on here since she changed jobs.

yes we had some great battles, highlighted in the who can run 2 miles at 8mm for the lowest average HR (beat him)

He is actually a genuinely nice guy from what I have learned on facebook over the years.

HG - An unpopular one who spends way too much time caring when people fail due to being stupid - them not me :¬) So much so I rarely post in the sub 2.45 sub 3 or sub 3.15. - someone should change the header :¬)

Who was the somewhat eccentric lady who posted pictures of herself in her new running gear? What about the guy that used post some very strange selfies? I think BCRB used to highlight them (I stress, they weren't of Chiefy himself).
