Yep, IIRC Quintana lost the GC overall by the amount of time he lost in the crosswinds. I can't see beyond him or Froome for the overall.

OMG 7th overall in the KOM?!! That's amazing! But could all change.
Teklehaimanot was my transfer last night, I dropped GVA (though he bagged me points yesterday)
Might have to look carefully for some more transfers...
