Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Hey everyone, just looking for a bit of advice. I am currently training for a marathon at the end of May. Yesterday I was out doing my usual long run, yesterday was 18 miles. All went well except when I got home I developed an intense pain to to the inner side of my right knee. I applied ice and rested the leg yesterday and will do the same for the next few days. Have made an appointment with my phsio for Thursday. Im wondering however should I apply ice as it does not appear to be inflammed. Also any idea on what might be the problem? Thanks.

Got something to say?
