If you plug your Garmin into your PC, you can try it out by visiting this page: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/training_garmin_interface.php You might need to install something called the Garmin Communicator Plugin, but give the page a try first, and let me know what happens. As I've said, it's quite basic right now, but it offers a lot of potential to integrate directly with routes, splits analysis, elevation, heart rate, and loads of other jazzy stuff. Give it a little try for me, and let me know if it works for you. It should even work on Macs Cheers Fetch
