Ha ha. My shoulders are starting to feel a bit DOMSy, after a new upper body workout yesterday, so I'm expecting that my arms won't work at all by lunchtime

How are the arms GM? if anything like my body struggling! Lammo: Your in the right phase hopefully not too long till next phase I placed an order for my clear vegan protein as running low .I just used last serving and thought it has not arrived or any email.I have a feeling my order never got through!!! so hoping to get an anwser from them and I may have to reorder!! |

My arms are much better than I expected, Wp. I can feel them but they haven’t got worse than that. Not bad enough to stop me doing anything.

No loss this week, a small gain instead. I'm not able to run yet and my daily step count has dropped a lot so I'm going to walk more this week and drink more water to try and get things moving in the right direction again. Less than 3kg to a healthy BMI and it is proving to be quite a hurdle.

👋GM. I haven’t looked on this thread before but know how well you're doing with your weight loss journey. Well done! I'm sure you'll lose those extra 3kgs. The last bit is the hardest. Stick with it. x

GimmeMedals You are putting in place things to aid you on your journey and you will get there just maybe the scenic route.The last few kilos are the hardest and you have had holidays and injury.Once you are back running the weight will glide off. I know you are not giving up just frustrated by it. |
