I’m doing ok thanks Welshpoppy, well I was until this afternoon, I’ve just finished off a bar of chocolate belonging to mr jaks 🥰 Will have to run a few more miles tomorrow 😊 |

Great attitude with the chocolateJingle Jaks just hope you do not have snow! Yesterday 2 litres water 18256 steps 78 minute run 2 mile walk Food in calories A good day after a few days being snowed on and temps too cold. I have weighed and STS again this week but a lot less exercise. |

Well done Welshpoppy on STS. We do indeed have snow this morning but only on the grassy areas around us. The roads are icy though. Will go for my run later. I’m expecting a STS on weighing tomorrow. I really need to knuckle down to get this last half a stone off and keep it off. |

Jingle Jaks How did you get on today? Yesterday 2 litres water 2014 steps food in calories I have a head cold I never went to fat club yesterday as felt so awful.I am bunged up again today so no run as limbs are achy and all in head.But I need to crack on from tomorrow as Away Friday but it is a running and hiking break so I am hoping to wear my little self out |

So how are you doing Jingle Jaks ? I am finally feeling better just left with fatigue.So time to crack on again. Yesterday 12167 steps 33 minutes run 2 litres water 2.5 miles walked 71g protein in calories but as of today lowering the calories whilst aiming for 100g protein which will be hard. I am back to the weight I was beginning of March . |

I’ve just given up Welshpoppy 😞. Just can’t get in the right frame for getting this last half a stone off. I’m glad you are feeling much better but take care until the fatigue has gone. I’m away this weekend so might see what next week brings. 😁 |

GimmeMincepies that is good news as we adapt and change the closer we get to goal weight.You have a lot going on with a tri and 10k races so the training will help. PT session is Tuesday 9am....eek so far out of my comfort zone(Never had a PT before always happy to do my own programme) but I want to lift heavier weights and you can not hide away 1-2-1 so should highlight my failings and correct them. |
