GM: Come on you know it will drop soon enough.Trust your process- do not get disheartened it will come right. Do you feel fit and healthy? Have you more energy? Did you not PB at the weekend? Can you walk and run further than before? These are all NSV and to be proud of. I also believe in the two week lag so it maybe something you did two weeks ago? |

Thanks for the support You are right, there have been lots of NSVs. It's only when I get on the scales that I get a bit disheartened momentarily, but it was soon forgotten about after our fashion show this morning Geoff and I both tried on some things we've not worn for a while. He has a couple of beautiful tailored Harris Tweed jackets that were too small for him but now are too big - he's missed his window of wearing them. Good but a shame. Then I tried on the shortie wetsuit and trisuit that I bought last October, with a view to doing some OW swimming in spring. They were tight when I bought them, but are on the verge of too big now 😂 I tried on some clothes in Primark last week (out of curiosity to see what size I am these days, as I usually wear Flanci legs each day) and I could get into a size 14 for the first time in decades. I've dropped 3 or maybe even 4 sizes (hard to know for sure because I'd resorted to stretchy leggings to avoid having to buy anything bigger than an 18) I've had a lovely 4 mile run down the lane, along the river and over the fields this afternoon - I couldn't have done that a few months ago. |

That is great to hear GM such a lot of NSV's!! 13/2 16k steps 68 minute run Stayed in calories and banked 250 calories. short walk. A really good day again. Today is a rest day so will be harder as due to my rupture I tend to keep of my feet so hoping to do the minimum needed. |

Oops sorry about that I was trying to type Well doneWelshpoppy at the top of my post as well as saying the foods I ate yesterday wasn’t the healthiest due to the above. I could only have soft foods and cold drinks. Still counted everything though and it came to 1336 calories. No exercise though apart from a short dog walk. 8695 steps. My lip is still swollen and I’m trying to have a cup of tea. Healthier foods today to speed up the healing process. I’m also not as stressed now I know more about the lump I had which should overcome the emotional eating 🤞 Well done again Welshpoppy 👏👏 |
