I lost a pound this week so 13lbs in 7 weeks so far.Long run yesterday so I was pleased as you can have the bounce after a long run and not lose weight.2 hours 44 minutes longest run in 6 years!

GimmeMedalsHow was weigh in this week? Thanks GM it was 44 minutes longer than I normally would run a half but I was just so pleased to get distance done.My Medal and top arrived today(local hospice) both are really nice. |

Terrible this week, Wp - we had a couple of high calorie days and I'm up 1.9kg on last week and my highest weight of the year so far. I know it's water not fat and expected. I've taken steps to address it this week.

At least you know why it happened and are address the problem.I am sure next week will be better. Food this week been harder the half marathon needed more food than I gave my body so Monday I was 200 calories over and 50 calories day before. so trying to eat 50-75 cals less a day. |

I know it is so hard but I have to get it right.I have signed up for a real live half marathon in 7 weeks....eeek Weigh in day and really thought i would STS but no I lost a pound so in 8 weeks 14lbs have gone all for Tintin. So need to try to eat at 1300 unless a long run day so a menu plan is needed. |

I've been forgetting to check in here. No change in my weight recently. I'm taking my mum away next week for a mini break so my weight might go up a bit with all the lovely hotel food. I'm going to try and get back on track after that. Well done on the weight loss Welshpoppy. You're doing so well overall, GM. Hope next week is an easier one for you. |
