I'm the 6. I've not seen the second and third prequels (the ones that came after Phantom Menace). An error of omission rather than commission.

I’m 2. I saw the first one in Leicester Square when it first came out and loved it. Never watched another until we saw one of the recent ones (L tells me it was The Force Awakens) at the local hall. My son fell asleep and I could easily have done the same.

I saw the first one in the cinema, and have seen bits of all the others. However they are not remotely my cup of tea so I couldn't begin to say what happens in any of them. Apart from a lot of whooshing around.
