I do like the thigh pocket for my phone and yesterday it had some snacks and tissue in as well.
My phone is waterproof but I don’t find it gets sweaty

I have a couple of those M&S bras from a few years back, Hanneke. They're OK but I don't wear them in the summer because they're very thick so too hot. They aren't my favourite bras but the front-fastening was essential for me when I broke my elbow and my RoM was compromised.
As it happens, this morning I wore my brand-new ShockAbsorber bra for the first time. I've avoided these racer-back types ever since the elbow smash but they were always my preferred bras, so I thought I'd take a chance and ordered a pretty pale grey/light green version. To my great delight, I can get into it without a struggle - my RoM has clearly slowly improved again over the last four years

Sushi me too. Once came across a man collapsed in the street and neither myself or my running buddy had a phone with us . Also when I started running at 5.00am it was reassuring to know I had it with me. I don’t have music on my phone but I listen to the radio

I love my Enell front fastening bras but you don’t need that level if a small cup size
Exactly LG, I nearly always run alone on quiet lanes and trails. Be in a pickle if I got hurt and couldn’t get home

Yeah, thanks for feedback all. I think this is the most sensible option. I prefer the racer back ones, but with my shoulder limiting my range of movement, even though it has improved, I have plumped for this. I don't feel hot easily, so should be ok. Only ordered one, as I am hoping that my shoulder improves again, currently dealing with a set back, and a return to racer back style. I don't see myself running daily, so with the vest I am wearing today, I should be ok.
